Using the service
These terms apply to AI Human Generator and AI Human Studio. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law. You may explore Studio anonymously. A Google account is required for upload, save, generation, and private-media features.
Free Beta
The current beta includes one free AI human generation per Google account per UTC day. Unused generations do not accumulate. A failed submission, provider job, content review, or result transfer returns that day’s generation. There is currently no paid plan, subscription, or checkout. Beta features, limits, or availability may change.
Your content and permissions
You keep any rights you have in prompts and uploaded images. You grant the service and its processors the limited permission needed to store, transmit, and process them to provide the requested features. You must own uploaded content or have all necessary rights and consent, including permission from any identifiable person in a reference image.
Responsible creation
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or rights-infringing content. Do not impersonate a real person, falsely present an AI human as an actual person, bypass safety measures or daily limits, probe private media, or upload content without permission. Generation requests may fail or be rejected when a provider or applicable policy blocks them.
Reference guidance
A reference image guides visual appearance. The service does not promise exact identity replication, face swapping, or biometric-grade consistency. You are responsible for reviewing results and disclosing AI-generated content where required.
Generated results
AI output may be inaccurate, similar to other generated content, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Subject to law and third-party rights, you may use generated results, but you are responsible for checking that your use does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, advertising, or other rights.
Availability and warranties
The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Generation depends on third-party services and may be delayed or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular result, permanent availability, or fitness for a specific purpose.
Accounts and deletion
Keep access to your Google account secure and use only your own account. You may permanently delete your AI Human Generator account and private media from the Studio account menu. We may suspend access needed to prevent harm, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Limits and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from beta use. We may update these terms as the service evolves and will revise the effective date. Questions may be sent to support@aihumangenerator.com.
