What this policy covers
This policy describes how AI Human Generator handles information when you browse the public site or use AI Human Studio. The Studio can be explored without an account. Google sign-in is required only for uploading a reference image, saving a draft, generating an AI human, viewing private saved media, or deleting an account.
Information we receive
- Google account basics: name, email address, profile image, and the identifiers needed to keep you signed in. We request only
openid, email, andprofile. - Creative inputs: prompts, Studio settings, aspect ratio, optional reference images, and generated results.
- Service records: generation status, daily UTC allowance state, timestamps, and limited security or diagnostic logs.
- Anonymous product analytics: page views, referral information, device and browser details, and interactions such as opening Studio, choosing a template, uploading a reference, starting or completing a generation, and downloading a result.
We do not ask for or store your Google password. Analytics events do not include prompts, email addresses, reference images, generated image URLs, or uploaded filenames.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate your account, enforce one free generation per UTC day during beta, save drafts and private media, submit generation jobs, recover jobs after a refresh, prevent duplicate charges against your free allowance, investigate failures, and protect the service.
Reference images and AI generation
Only upload a reference image that you own or have permission to use. A selected reference is made available to the generation provider through a random, short-lived URL that expires after 15 minutes. It is guidance for the generated appearance and is not offered as biometric identity matching. Generated provider results are copied promptly into private storage because provider result URLs may expire.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides application hosting, database, queue, and private object storage services. Google provides account authentication. Kie.ai processes GPT Image 2 generation requests. We use a self-hosted Umami service for privacy-focused product analytics. These providers process information as needed to deliver their part of the service and under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.
Storage and retention
Reference images, generated results, drafts, and generation history remain associated with your account until you delete individual media where available or delete your account. Expired provider-access tokens are removed automatically. Failed generations return the daily allowance, but a minimal task record may remain until account deletion for reliability and abuse investigation.
Your choices
You can use the public site and explore Studio without signing in. Signed-in users can delete saved reference images from Studio and can permanently delete their account, authentication records, private media, drafts, allowance records, and task history from the account menu. Deletion cannot be undone.
Security and children
Private media is served only after account ownership checks, except for the limited 15-minute provider input URL used for a selected reference. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. The service is not directed to children under 13, and users must be old enough to consent under the law that applies to them.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the beta evolves and will revise the effective date above. Privacy requests may be sent to support@aihumangenerator.com.
